At Parthenon Foods, we strive to ensure every gourmet discovery meets our high standards of quality and freshness. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our policy below to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the items are unopened and in their original packaging; please note that perishable goods and clearance items are generally non-returnable for safety reasons.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
